Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, select your size and colour, and add the items to your cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.

Are prices shown inclusive of VAT?

Yes. All prices displayed on our website include VAT. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Europe, with no minimum spend required.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 3 to 9 business days depending on your location in Europe. Western European countries generally receive orders within 3 to 5 business days. Full estimated delivery times by region are available on our Shipping & Delivery page.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days, as delays can occasionally occur. If it still has not arrived, please contact our support team with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

Products & Sizing

What sizes do you offer?

We offer sizes from XS to 3XL. Each product page includes a full EU size guide with exact waist and hip measurements in centimetres. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

What materials are your products made from?

Depending on the product, we use premium Bamboo fibre, Ice Silk and high-performance Polyamide blends. The exact fabric composition is listed on every product page.

How do I wash and care for my Allen products?

Machine wash at 30°C. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Washing at low temperature and air drying will help maintain the quality and shape of your garments for longer.

Are your products antibacterial?

Yes. Our underwear uses active antibacterial technology built into the fabric, which inhibits odour-causing bacteria and maintains freshness throughout the day — without any chemical treatment on the skin.

Discounts & Bundles

Do you offer bundle discounts?

Yes. The more pairs you add to your cart, the better the price per item. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout — no discount code is needed.

How do the bundle prices work?

Each product page displays the available bundle options and the corresponding price per item. Simply add the desired quantity to your cart and the discount will be calculated automatically before you complete your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You may return unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, worn items cannot be returned. Full details are available on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes. Please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and the size you need. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

I received a faulty or wrong item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order, include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
