1. Your Right to Return

In accordance with European Union consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

At Allen Underwear, we extend this to 30 days from the date of delivery as a gesture of goodwill.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The item must not have been worn or altered in any way.

For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged. This is consistent with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which excludes sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance events, where clearly stated at the time of purchase.
4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and include a description and, where possible, a photograph of the issue.

7. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability. Please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

8. EU Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection legislation, including the right to a repair, replacement or refund in the event of a defective product under the EU Sale of Goods Directive (2019/771).

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
