Allen Underwear is an online retailer specialising in premium underwear, swimwear and socks. We operate exclusively online and ship across Europe.

To place an order on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a country within our shipping area. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only — colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and fabric compositions are accurate. If you believe there is an error in any product information, please contact our support team.

All prices are displayed in euros and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time your order is confirmed.

• Other methods as displayed at checkout

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Our full returns and refund policy is available on the Returns & Exchanges page. In summary, unused and unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, worn items cannot be returned.

Promotional offers, bundle discounts and any other special pricing are subject to the terms stated at the time of the promotion. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bundle discounts are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless explicitly stated.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions and design — is the property of Allen Underwear and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allen Underwear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable legislation of the country in which we are registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that country.
