Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
This exceeds the 14-day withdrawal right established by EU consumer law, which we honour as a minimum standard.
To be accepted for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
- Returned in the original packaging.
- Not worn, altered or damaged after delivery.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This applies in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and the item or items you wish to return.
- We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
- Pack the items securely and send them back to us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and reflect the amount in your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and the details of the exchange you need.
If the desired size or colour is unavailable, we will offer a full refund instead.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement. Please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving the item and include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- A photograph of the item, where possible.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned outside the 30-day return window.
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection legislation. You remain entitled to all remedies available under the EU Sale of Goods Directive (2019/771), including the right to a repair, replacement or refund in the event of a defective product.
