We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Europe — no minimum spend required and no hidden fees at checkout. All prices shown include VAT.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days before contacting us, as delays can occasionally occur due to postal volumes or customs processing.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local postal office before getting in touch with our support team.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible — we will do our best to update it before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Customs & Duties

All orders shipped within Europe are sent from within the EU and do not incur additional customs charges. If you are located outside our standard shipping zone, please contact us before placing an order.
